Cancellation Policy

When scheduling a fishing trip with Wildwater Fly Fishing it is advised to avoid canceling or rescheduling in order to prevent scheduling and booking conflicts with our guides.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve a trip in advance, and if you fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled guide trip. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or in the case of a “no show” will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and remaining trip balance. The guide may cancel the trip due to weather, river conditions, or mechanical breakdown. Trips proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the guide. If the reservation is canceled due to unsafe conditions, the deposit can be applied to a future trip within the same year. Cross River’s Fly Fishing believes this policy is fair and aims for clients to have an enjoyable experience on the water under favorable conditions.
